I was reading an article about future dlc. The devs said that as of right now there aren't plans to incorporate characters like Moro and Granola for a few reasons. One is that Toryiamas passing is still too fresh in thier minds, and those characters haven't even been animated for the anime, as well as not being voiced. But they did say that it depends how well Sparking Zero does in its first year, as well as whether or not the game has a sequel or continued support like Xenoverse 2

The mystery character would have something to do with a what-if scenario. I saw a video once about the what-ifs that should be in Sparkingzero and one of them is if Gohan caught the potara earring. So my prediction is that the pre-order exclusive is Gokhan Goku and Gohan fused with Potara's
