My kids sometimes sleep in but my son who is 14 years old now has always been an early riser even when he was a baby and my daughters who is 15 years old is always afraid of being late to school she tries to not sleep in even on the weekends. Love your show the doctors 🐾😻🐒💋

I need atleast 12hrs of sleep per day and it is so problematic for me these days as am a medical student myself and I don't why I can sleep sooo much at a stance!! I just need some help anyway now!

Hi when had my periods I couldn't sleep with time I only sleep for 30 minutes I couldn't study well, now im 45 years I discovered my celiac desease and the worst brain fog good luck to everyone who have sleepless, sesame oil boost my melatonin pills plus magnesium please for every one who has sleepless pray and connected with your doctors

I wish these "doctors" would tell us something we DON'T know...🙄
This information is so juvenile and should be common sense...emphasis on "should be".
No wonder so many people are sick and dying..these modern day drs know nothing..
