Next, we jump into all of the reasons "WHY" your application was rejected and refused. This includes reflecting over your application and seeing what was missing or not aligned to the type of Schengen visa you were requesting.

Always include your Personal details: such as your name, date of birth, passport number, address, etc

Include details relating to your rejected or refused application such as the date when it was refused and the reason why it was refused (if you do not know exactly why: just add the key reasons as to why you believe it was)

06:27 - Letter Must Include "Why Documents Were Missing"
Outline the reasons as to why documents were incorrect, missing or overlooked as this helps provide the Embassy and Consulate with confidence that you are not trying to lie in order to get a visa. Do not forget to outline why you believe your visa was originally refused, as this shows maturity and do not forget to include an apology.

07:16 - Letter Must Outline Which "Documents Were Updated or Added"
In a bullet point list, outline exactly what documents you have replaced, added or changed so that it is easier for the reviewer to see what you have changed and outline a reason as to why it might have been missed in the first place.

Embassy and Consulate representatives do not get pleasure from rejecting people to see the amazing countries within their region, they are just trying to follow the rules set by their Governments

Do not forget to add your signature at the bottom of the document, so that the reviewer knows that you have confirmed it yourself.

I appeal my visa refusal, but i dunno how long this process take, appeal was submitted on 23.03 and my fly intinerary is on 7.04....As far i untested from embassy they send the cases to court...i dunno if they change or no the decisions...they didn't offer information

The best advice is please hire a registered lawyer from the same country you applied and got a refusal, pay him to write the appeal letter for you, don't even try to write it your self, they won't read it if is not in a specific format so draft your reasons, give it to the lawyer to make official appeal letter. Each reason must be augmented
