Hot sauce and liquor is an excellent combination. Alcohol cools the heat of the hot sauce, while the fruity flavor of the hot sauce makes the alcohol more palatable. In my heavier alcoholic days, I used to mix Frank's Red Hot with vodka. It was delicious. Almost exploded my toilet though.
