Will I have to do jury duty if I register to vote?

Must be a coincidence because I repeatedly was called upon for jury duty when I first registered to vote. Since I am no longer a registered voter, I have not been called. As soon as my child registered to vote, the summons began with her as well.

Hello. I have a question. I live in Georgia. I have been summoned to jury duty 9 times!! Why do I keep getting summoned? How do I make it stop? I am a registered voter and I have a driver's license. At first it was cool but not it causes anxiety. I was summoned this month for district court. Last year I was summoned twice in the same year. April for magistrate and October for federal court. I am 35 years old and have been serving roughly every 2 years since the age of 19! I get anxious every year because I know a summons is coming 😭 I'm very serious. I'm getting tired of serving or even being summoned at all. Help me 🙌🏿
