Federal approval process is not how this country works. We believe in states rights (Federalism). Every state has their own driver's license requirements. Every state has their own insurance rules. Every state has their own law practice rules (bar). Every state has their own legalizing gambling (or not). Etc.

Genuine question. Why did Teslas operating expenses drop so dramatically from Q2? Because if that had followed the trend the profit margin would've been dramatically different. It just seems very convenient, Could they have pushed a big expense into Q4 to fudge the figures somewhat?
