The real reason Brian accepted to meet Sam is probably for his stem cell research, to see if the stem cell had improved or changed his DNA in any way. He looks like someone who devoted his life into medicines and looking at Sam who actually is also smart, he looks kinda glad not that she is his biological daughter but he found a person that matches his intelligence.

I took a 23 and Me DNA test last Fall because I was interested in finding out more about my history, as I’m a soon-to-be social science teacher. When the results came back I saw that I had a cousin in California, which I thought was odd as my family lives in Montana. She and I began messaging because we shared a substantial amount of DNA. That night I realized that I had found the daughter of the daughter that my grandma had given up for adoption in the 60s. Both my grandma’s daughter and my grandma had spent years and thousands of dollars searching for each other. A DNA test for each of them confirmed the relation and we got to meet her for the first time in May at my grandma’s birthday! 💕 I love these stories!

I found out my dad wasn't my biological father when I was 18. My mother passed away when I was 8 and she took his identity with her. I just ordered an ancestry dna kit last week. Hoping I can find out who my father is. Fingers crossed!

Everyone keeps saying "LEAVE BRIAN ALONE, HE DOESN'T WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN YOUR FAMILY" But, clearly he does. He told his sister to give Sam his contact info, he invited the son to the US Open and gave him tickets, he told the sperm bank to release his info, he did 23 & Me and Ancestry so other kids could find him more easily, he said that he encourages other donors to release their info. None of those things are things he had to do at all. He did them because he wanted to. Yes, he looks kinda bored and disconnected in this video, but he could just be tired, have a headache, be stressed and distracted about work, who knows?
