I used a polycarbonate plate on my custom keyboard to make it have a deeper sound

I dont know what the comments are talking about. It's definitely deeper. The mid range is gone, so the high end is more noticeable, but the low end is certainly lower.

What plate was the "before". It sounds a bit deeper before imo, the Pom plate seems to have made the sound a bit crisper.

polycarbonate plates, and gaskets, make your keyboard higher pitched

You need to pair the polycarbonate with a tactile switch.

I just switched from the AL to this and definitely deeper. Remove the tape mod and it will be noticeable

it does sound deeper... the tone is much deeper. more creamy too

Use lubed glorious panda and it will 100+ better
