My wife is in care worker visa since 2022 oct. So minimum wage is increased now 12.21 so employer also increased salary. So my question what will be the eligibility for ILR.because we have taken visa in 2022. This new salary threshold will be applicable for us for ILR eligibility..

Can you extend your visa if your current visa hasn’t expired yet? Take for example, you have used 2years out of your 3years COS, can you request for extension for additional 2 more years now to take effect from when your current 3years will expire?
