Write With Me LIVESTREAM ✨✍️ super chill writing session

Let's write together! Join me on Wednesday, September 28th at 1:00 PM EST for a super chill 2-hour writing session. Bring your WIP and a cup of tea (or coffee) and let me be your writing buddy for the day! We'll do 3 writing sprints total (25 minutes each) with short breaks in between to chat about our stories. I was outlining with this video, I'm also planning on writing it on paper, making notes, and then in Word. I've been writing min. 1 dialogue for each of my 10 chapters (small books, not a real author...yet :)) - although one or two got 3 DIALOGUES - I am in fact making progress! Next week I only have work till Wednesday and then I'm FREE! So I'll have time to edit/write A LOT! Remember 2 things: 1) Abbie is THE BEST help in writing and 2) 'Story isn't about what happens, it's about how 'what happens' affects and transforms the characters.' - Abbie Emmons YOU ARE GREAT HELP!!!😁😁💛💛📑📖📕

It's nice to hear that you have multiple projects. I have a couple in mind but I am writing my first fiction novel during NaNoWriMo. I set the outline last year and am working on character arch and development this year. I only made 30, 000 words last year and may only get the same this year. Hey Abbie, could you make a video comparing a typical story, and a story which replaces the crisis beat with the temptation beat?

I watched Baby Boom (which was amazing) and I noticed the second half of Act II seemed to be different from normal crisis beat stories. After the midpoint of her buying the farm, she struggles (which is the same with a crisis climax story) but then she gains her stride by the time the temptation beat arrives.

I would love to hear your wisdom contrasting all three acts of a crisis vs. temptation beat story.
