Dodge Durango R/T vs Ford Explorer ST

Today I compare a 2023 Dodge Durango R/T Hemi Orange Edition to a 2023 Ford Explorer ST!

Got a 2015 RT and I love it! Major issue I had was a water pump failure at 100k miles! Haters gonna hate but at the end of the day it’s just a vehicle that gets you from point A to B! Forget all the tech, amenities and HP that stuff ain’t gonna matter at all when you got to deal with life.

That's not proper competition an st will stomp an rt without even breathing heavy and my st will smoke an srt

the Durango is 1000 heavier than the ST and has less power? The Durango needs the hellcat engine just to offset the weight difference.

My expedition twin turbo stealth package took out rt .. the only one that give me a good run for my money is a 392

A turbo for a heavy suv just to beat the natural aspirated v8 of hemi..poor ford buyers..and now after 2yrs of owning that explorer they decided to trade 😅

Durango all the way. Whoever had a hand in designing the interior of that Ford, need to be suspended or terminated. It’s so ugly. Durango isn’t great, but it’s the better option of the two.

Explorer ST all the way no stop im not even gonna talk about the Durango’s outdated tech and ugly looks plus the v8 isnt worth it it doesnt have the speed of the SRT but has the mpg haters gonna hate
