These are not the same scene. The gold boots are practical, not CGI, and with the exception of the first few episodes, he wears them for the entirety of season 8, so these likely are not even the same season. The movements also don't line up. In the bts he's clearly supposed to be sliding, picking something up, jumping, and throwing it back. In the clip from the show, he's in mid-air throwing a lightning bolt.
