Nice to see you all having a good time, the kids were having a blast. When poaching your eggs swirl the water as you put in the eggs, that will usually keep the white around the yolk, many people say a drop of vinegar in the water helps too. I usually have a container of soup in the fridge, but I like a thin liquid, and lots of small chunks of vegetables, beans, barley, or whatever I am making the soup out of. Love Chinese hot, and sour soup.😊

Hi lovely Maria, that was a lovely family vlog, Burford looks gorgeous, shame everywhere was full, even in January....🤭🤭, mind you as you say it would have cost a fortune... great idea making the soup, i do make soup you can use up any left over veg, i also use an apple aswell, goes quite well, and so much healthier than shop bought....nice to see the grandkids enjoying the bowling....mind you you need a rest after that its quite tiring...😴😴😴, really enjoyed the garden centre albeit a little pricy....but nice to see...look after yourself, have a good week luv Mandy xx🥰🥰🥰
