Thanks for the reminder of capsaicin/cayenne pepper. I stopped taking it awhile ago . . . last Aug. I had a "hospitalized cardiac event" . . . found out one valve is 50% clogged. Gotta get to rolling my little daily capsules. (Have you got a list or suggestions for heavy metal detox? Spirulina, chlorella . . . ? I've been poisoned systemically by cobalt from 4 failed hip replacements. Is it possible to re-myelinate demyelinated nerves (eaten away by cobalt and antipsychotics: gave me parkinsonian Tardive Dyskinesia . . . every night is a nightmare of ataxia, insomnia and hot drenching sweats and burning peripheral neuropathy as my body tries to get rid of the poison)?
