Artesian wells

Artesian wells are formed when you dig a bore well in a confined aquifer. The pressure is high in confined aquifer.
Pressure surface is the imaginary surface which represents the level of water that will be raised upon the surface when we dig a bore in a confined aquifer. If the pressure surface is below the ground we will get non flowing well. If the pressure surface is above the ground it gives a flowing well.
Conditions that are required for the artesian wells
1. The aquifer must be confined.
2. The aquifer must be inclined so that it could receive the water from surface( recharge area).
When you dig a bore well in confined aquifer, the pressure creates difference in the level of watertable in the recharge area and the bottom of the well which raises the water up. Greater the friction less the level of water risen.

Nice explanation. Please upload more geology related videos. Also continue making the videos in English itself so that everybody can understand.
