I bought a VivoBook which has display complaint. Within 30 days the display is completely off. When I move the screen may on some time and when move again it will be off. They said they will replace only within 7 days. Think what happened to your 65, 000 rupees it is invalid because you used it for 30 days. After they repair again damaged withing further 3 months. So how can you trust this laptop and this brand.

Hello, I Like Mostly ASUS Designs, they're pretty well thought out most of the time over some other brands,
I'm Looking for a 16" 16:10 2560×1600p IPS ( 1440p / 2K ) Touch or not, Ryzen processor with Vega 8 or better, Better camera, good track pad and keyboard, backlight power button not in keyboard 9h battery, 3 usb A, usb c, sd card reader . ( M.2 Drive starting with 256gb/512/960gb options 3gbps drives, HDD 2.5" placment for extra storage ( personally i'd Like to have extra space on my laptop for cheap and not be stuck with only one storage, Make this laptop a Legend it will honestly attract everyone and switch to, No RGB please, Make sure camera is decent enough with good Stereo sounds and easy storage access, repair guide .
This is basicly for Photo editors & light video editing, light gaming and productivity over all, this could beat the 16" macbook ..

Any recommendations if this laptop exists?
& if Asus is taking my idea please let me know ! .

ASUS with an attached bill on 12/12/2016. GL552VW-DM132T Serial No: G9N0CV144520385 we bought the device from the company mentioned on the invoice.

The device fell to the blue screen with the error of “video internal schdule error” in the 15th month. has been out of use by giving consent.

We redirected the device to the service, ASUS Company service stated that this time the warranty period has expired and stated that the malfunction will be eliminated by changing the device to "motherboard" for 5, 090 TL.

“YOU HAVE SOLD A PRODUCTION DEFECTIVE DEVICE” to us that this is a hardware malfunction, a hardware malfunction is a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer is responsible for such faults and malfunctions, and that the malfunction in the device is repeated repeatedly. however, they stated that they would do if we pay the fee. They do not have any predictions about whether this fault will be repeated or not. Asus did not replace the device.
