I did the How Scandalous Quest and it was only 16 steps and didn't leave the main town. Feel like missing something

You're sending people down under the island, before running the "mourning Rises" questline... ? Which is needed for the earthen?

Why not share the quests on top of the island before sending folk down to the other levels...?

Having issues with "a light in the dark" for the War Within campaign. Says I have done 4/5 and have to wait for a word from Alleria Windrunner. Am, I bugged? I did the campaign, and got the "you completed the War Within campaign", but this have still not unlocked for me.

earthen's were advertised as playable during early access and turns out its not. Blizz is constantly lying

Okay maybe someone can help me out. In Appearances I'm seeing all these really nice cosmetics all labeled as "Earthen" something. Like, Earthen backpack, Earthen Toolbelt, ect. They don't list how to get them though, and no sites list how to get them either. Anyone know how to collect these really really nice appearances/mogs?
