Fastest Skilling Pets (OSRS 2020) Best to 99 and Post 99

Skilling pets in Runescape are hugely sought after, but often have unorthodox drop rates depending on the skilling activity. What is the best way of training these skills to 99 with pet chance in mind and what is the best method post 99? This guide will be focusing on all the pets that can be obtained from general skilling, from least rare to most rare.

Couple of things!
Draynor stalls can actually be done with only 1 alt, the guards can be locked in the wise old mans house and you can grab the attention of the seed seller with a single alt!
My rates for the fishing pet from dark crab was also very off, they actually have a fairly low pet chance and I misread the number, it takes closer to 500 hours average to get pet from crabs, the fastest afk method is karambwan (about 230 hours for pet)

Draynor Stalls can actually be done with one alt fairly easily, you just have to lure the guards to the wise old man's house and then talk to the seed seller on your alt. The majority of the time the wine seller is out of the way so he doesn't notice you... It's slower than hell xp but it should take ~28-32 hours on drop rate

I got mining pet twice by 82 mining. First one was at iron rocks next to amethysts, second time it came from motherlode

Pre 99 isn’t ardy knights faster pet than pyramid Plundering for XP? PP is 61 hours but that is only for chest rushing (only opening chests), but it’s 130+ for standard PP runs

Going for all skilling pets before I max any skill. Already got Beaver at 66 wc, Rift guardian at 74 rc, Tangleroot at 85 farm and Heron at 90 fishing. So I still have to get Rocky, Rock golem, Giant squirrel and baby chin. I have 81 thieving, 82 mining, 80 agility and 72 hunter, so I have still good chance to get all pets before any of the skills goes 99.

why boost to ardy course at 85 when the prif course is faster xp/hr?

Kinda sad you skipped/simplified tangleroot since the optimal way of obtaining it is pretty interesting.
According to the wiki the higher droprates for it is cactus, belladonna, mushroom, giant seaweed, fruit trees, spirit trees, hardwood and hespori. Common myth is that more xp = higher pet chance, which isnt necessarily true. Dragonfruit trees and apple trees got the same drop rate. So blowing more money post 99 isnt necessary.
What i did personally post 99 was giant seaweed, cactus, belladonna, papaya tree, mahogany trees, spirit trees and hespori. I found this to be a good middle ground of planting just enough stuff and to not be too overwhelming of a daily task. I eventually got the pet on a giant seaweed run ~50 days post 99 and landed at 15.3 mil xp.
Ofc this is more of a personal decision/opinion but I found this way to be optimal for me.

I got super lucky getting rift at 76 rc and squirrel at 95 agility. Now I feel the urge to get all the skilling pets

So, you say, it would take 400 hours at this place, could you do 200 hours at this place, then do 200 at a different place? Or would that mess it up?
