The NFL Academy undertake their annual trip to American Football camps in the United States. This year the tour headed to North Carolina and Virginia as a select few of the NFL Academy's best students compete to try and gain the much coveted scholarship offer to a top American University.

Watch as this new crop of athletes attempt to emulate those who came before them (40 NFL Academy alumni have gone on to play college football in America, with 20 of those playing at the highest level, Division 1) as they cover 1,031 miles to attend 12 different universities, including Duke, North Carolina, Wake Forest and more, to show off their skills and impress those college coaches.

Based in Loughborough, the NFL Academy is a unique programme that gives aspiring young American football players and outstanding athletes the chance to develop their skills and education.
