FFXIV - Samurai/SAM - 15.2k DPS rotation | The Return of the Cherrypicker

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to meld properly. I've watched videos and looked on the balance I couldn't find anything...

Few points to put in consideration:
-15.2k DPS may be impressive or rather average depending of your ilvl. Contrary to your past videos, this one doesn't show your current gear. Considering your HP, I assume you are around 460 or slightly lower.
-While there are 3 SkS treshold, I believe the easiest one is the 2.14 GCD, so you only need to perform Hakaze/Yukikaze/Hagakure filler combo once right before Tsubamegaeshi is back. This only needs 685 total SkS, which is easily achieved by using Augmented Deepshadow gloves and 2 60 SKS materia
-With the aforementioned sks build, you can use Hakaze right before Higabana. Once Higanbana is applied, use Yukikaze then Meikyou Shisui (so you don't waste a Meikyou charge on Yuki). After that, Kasha => Gekko => Setsugekka => Gekko. I believe that's the best way to spend Meikyou charges while keeping the loop tight.
-Slight nitpick, but I'd not recommend going Kasha => Gekko => Yukikaze all the time except for the opener. The reason is that you may lose some uptime depending of the boss fight, which means that Jinpu or Shifu may wear off in some cases. I'd recommend doing Yukikaze combo first unless one of the buffs' duration is about to expire. That way, your buffs duration is maximized.

Not sure how I feel about this rotation. I just use a loop rotation, where after your 3rd Midare you just do a Yukikaze combo and then convert with Hagakure. It buys your cooldowns enough time to line back up perfectly so that nothing is out of place the entire fight. It's a very easy rotation to memorize.

The Shoha interaction is a bit finnicky at first, but with enough practice, its second nature. The only tricky one is when you get your 3rd stack between Midare and Kaeshi (just gotta weave it in between them)

After having leveled 7 jobs (soon 8 as i may pick up RDM), i know one thing for sure, once i have reached Stromblood, ill be playing through it as SAM, and SAM will also be my first melee dps....

Am I missing the Hakaze > Yukikaze > Hagakure? I didn’t see you use that filler in the rotation and it’s not in the link in description. I’m struggling to understand when I need to use this filler. Any suggestions?

What's that bar in the bottom left that shows what abilities you activate and how do you turn it on

You should also time how long it takes to take out the dummy. That seemed a lot shorter than usual.

Can you try DRG and RDM again? Both have got some good boosts after the patch. I'd like to see how much you make with your DRG now and if you test delayed life. RDM feels like a more solid rDPS now, although it still needs a lot of work to get anywhere closer to BLM or SMN. Thank you / Danke!
