Sir in Question 3 at 43:05 we can also place A at 3rd position and D at 5th position. In that case we would have two possible cases 3rd and 4th position at which every city can come. Kindly help?

Because the condition is B comes before D or E
Not before D and E
So i think there should be one forward and one behind to B
