This video is about the physical and chemical properties of amino acids. The 20 amino acids found in the nature can have different taste, melting point, ability to rotate plane polarised light (optical properties) etc while the chemical properties of amino acids depends on the amino and the carboxyl group, which can react in different way to give various products.
