In this Robot Operating System (ROS) tutorial, we explain how to install ROS Noetic (ROS Version 1) in Windows by using WSL2. WSL is a Windows Subsystem for Linux. WSL enables you to run Linux distributions in Windows without using virtual machines or dual boot. We explain how to correctly install ROS in WSL, and how to fix the graphical issues that might appear when displaying ROS applications in WSL.
