where can I order replacement parts for the 13 concepts reels?

I wish i watched this first i got a concept z3 and wanted to switch the handle to a power handle i must of over tightened the cap nut slightly crooked ruined all the threds in the nut cant put it back together now im waiting on a new nut cap

I tried replacing the cork knobs on mine with the eva foam knobs I ordered. The new knobs do not seem to seat properly on the shaft they screw into and slide back and forth on it.

Do you think going from 90mm to 106mm would be a noticeable difference? My casitas is 90mm, and it just feels too small.

i broke my reel trying to do this but it was an a3 so 360 dollers down the drain

A "reel wrench" type tool would be more appropriate.
