I'd see the requirements being either;

like ssgss with whis (be level 85+ and max friendship with whis) but with Zamasu (that is if you have the dlc to have him as a mentor)


Or it could be one of those saiyan exclusive transformation grabs like when you fight full power jiren for UI if you want a simple route, it would be you in a 1 v 3 against ssgss goku and vegeta, and Trunks and you transform into rosè during the fight and you get it by beating them
