BUILDING A CURVED STAIRCASE (FROM START TO FINISH)

In this satisfying video Tony shows you his carpentry skills in BUILDING A CURVED STAIRCASE (FROM START TO FINISH). It all starts with the curved staircase design and framing a staircase. Then we move onto treads and risers for stairs and the process of molding a curved handrail before Tony demonstrates how to carve a curved handrail. Next comes the staircase sanding and staining and then onto how to lay out stair stringers and making the stair newel post. We are now near the end of the process and look at how to form a horizontal handrail and then finally Tony shows how to apply oak veneer and how to stain veneered wood. We can then see the completed bespoke staircase in all it's glory.

Ahhh that's absolutely stunning, great video aswell, when I was an apprentice there was one joiner in the shop that did the stairs, , I only remember him doing one curved stairs, but I've never forgotten,
