In addition to "bastion", there's another English word ending in -tion that isn't pronounced with a "sh" sound: "cation". This is pronounced /ˈkætaɪən/ ("CAT-eye-uhn") and is a technical term for a positively charged ion.

issue - tricky word, I've heard that in RP it sounds with 's', but in spoken British English with 'sh' sound, it is true?

Well, I struggle with "th" after "s" and "m", for stance, "from this time on", "what's the problem", "as though".
