Building the Dream 7.3 Gas Super Duty on a Carli Pintop Level System and 37s

We had the opportunity to build this dream gas 7.3 Godzilla Ford Super Duty on a Carli Suspension Pintop level system with 37s and had to share the transformation with all of you. This truck came into us on a cheap spacer leveling kit with horrible handling, and left on a dialed Carli system with 37s!

It's amazing the kind of ride quality improvement that's possible with these systems, and paired with some extra lighting and auxiliary upgrades, you get an incredible truck. We installed a Carli Suspension gas specific King Pintop level system, with a Carli torsion sway bar, Carli dual opposing steering stabilizers, Carli radius arms, Carli rear leaf packs, and a Carli trophy hitch to fit a full sized 37" spare. Speaking of tires, we installed 37/12.5/17 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires on a set of 0 offset 17x8.5 Method NV wheels. To finish the lighting off, we installed a Baja Designs fog light kit, along with Baja Designs XL linkable lights.

Finally we also installed a Tremor Valance, and the Ford factory winch up front.

THIS is what I want on my 7.3L! I'm getting a '23 F250 KR with the 7.3L but not the Tremor. I love the CJC specific off-road wheels and prefer a bit less aggressive offset. But, everything about this is what I'm looking to do. Wonder what the total cost of this buld was? $40K....?

What would it take to add air bags to this setup? I have a similar setup but tremor blocks in the rear from PJT. Looking at full leafs, but tow a 5th wheel camper ~10x a year.

I saw that Carli XXHD leaf pack says 3500lb constant load, does that mean if I have these leafs on, I can put a 3500 slide in camper safely?
