Hi it is me Stu Ferrol, as mentioned in the vid (and thank you for pronouncing my surname correctly, a simple name that somehow gives some people real problems). Really enjoyed your breakdown of the case. Just wanted to point out for the sake of clarity that Anne Ross' son didn't speak to me he spoke to Paul Screeton, I just wrote about it in my articles for Fortean Times.

There may be an update regarding this case soon, keep watching this space.

I had been homeless for a while and decided to move out of caravan to build a outdoor shelter in the woods of Glastonbury. The woods that the man was found hanging about 5/6 years ago, after about a week of staying there I remember be woken by the feeling of being pushed n prodded. Nothing was ever there to be seen but I always felt a presence.

I believe. It’s refreshing knowing there are others with an open mind.

I live near hexham so this episode was extra interesting for me. I totally believe accounts like this, basically because I've been through something supernatural myself.

My family is from a decently large property in the Southeastern United States and I found what was almost certainly an arrowhead the last time I visited. I was planning on taking it home but I had a nagging feeling to just leave it on the property. So I did lol. Nothing bad happened. Just really strong feeling to leave it there. My mom even asked if I wasn’t taking it, and I was like “nahhh it’s ok” lol. Stories like this freak me out! If I were to ever get a bad feeling, back it goes! Probably good thing I didn’t go into archaeology 😂

29.40 is hilarious.

just the idea of a werewolf sitting on the stairs insisting Dad needs his rest.

Cursed objects in Celtic mythology is a big deal. Usually it was done by dark witches to cast curses on opposing forces or villages they hated, or for protection rites. Leave those head stones near a village, or a king, or someone you hate, and it would curse them. Bury it under a house of someone you dont like, or put it in someones grave, and they will be haunted forever. Witches and druids could heal people, and do magic, but they could also curse you, and your entire bloodline. I am of the Macneill clan of Barra, and also a Macdonald of Isle of skye. My ancestors were Pictish, Celt, and Norse. Slainte😎💪🏻

The heads just seem like wards were attached to them. Werewolves are a common ward. It's like the psychic abilities you talk about. You can attach a ward to anything and give it a job like patrolling your property for unwanted visitors and scaring them off.

I remember this story being covered by a BBC news programme called Nationwide. At one point during the account they cut without warning to an actor who had been made up to look like a werewolf growling at the screen. This was being shown around 6.30pm and as an eight year old it scared the crap out of me. I didn’t sleep without the light on for a week.

Sorry to correct your pronunciation for the family pet bird.. it's a budgie or full name budgerigar ( pron: bud jer re gar ), commonly found in Australia! Very popular pet in Australia and the UK as they are small, very cute, tame, colorful ( blue, green, yellow with white mixed in) . They can be easily taught to do little tricks and talk as well. There is a bigger variety called Harlequins, which are gorgeous with their white, grey, dark grey plumage! There you have a little bit of information on Australian native pet birds.

I believe my friend. And let me say, that applies to me, more then most would know.... I love how you talk on so many topics. Conspiracy theories to paranormal happenings, to cryptids, to curses, and even some locations. A lot of research goes in to any content creation of this type. So thank you sir, for all the hard work and videos! And like I said at the start of this comment, I do in fact believe!

I also no longer have a desire to hike or camp since finding your podcast. I live in beautiful WA, but have heard enough cryptic stories.

A couple of thoughts on this vid. 1st. Great vid, loved the stories(well spoken and versed.) 2. The boy on right, of the two, in the photo looks mischievous, even malicious. Like his mind could have been a spark to start the series of events. 3. It was stated that the heads had a neck. So I can't help but wonder were the necks smooth or jagged/broken? This would reveal if it was just a mini bust or they were connected to statuette. 4. Being that did have quartz in them, and quartz has been known to amplify or induce various energies, Im not surprised by the appearance of these apparitions. 5. Curious of a "motherlike" stone and a "childlike" stone, and its correlation to the homes effected or day I say afflicted by the appearance of the werewolf. Connecting the dots leads me to me to believe that there is more to the story. I just wish I could get my hands and 3rd on to these stones.
