Detachable limbs sounds so convenient. Can't reach that pack of oreos from the top shelf? Remove one arm and just grab it with the removed arm. Can't sleep on your side because your arm is being uncomfortable to lay on? Just take it off. So cool.

An idea for a power: gravity manipulation! Such as in the stormlight archive, if you've read it. If not, basically the user can control which way is down for themselves. So they can make the sky the ground for themselves and fall upwards, or sideways.
