Victim identified in Union City homicide

A Union City homicide victim has been identified. Terelle Arlando Martin, 35, a father of young children and cousin of an Oakland police officer, was gunned down Sunday night while he was inside his car. Family members say he couldn't have been targeted, but police say it's possible, but don't know why.

I honestly believe it’s individuals who got a hold of a weapon and purposely killing random people. To many cases of random shootings like this ..

Many, many times wrong man targeted because he looked like the intended target. I see vehicles all over the freeways traveling with impunity, tinted windows, missing or unintelligible plates, and totally empowered by visible lack of deterrance on freeways. I am an urber driver and this is a daily experience.
