I can barely do tuck front lever raises but I’ve already improved a lot. Any advice on doing this with a grade 3 AC separation?

For me isometric, press in any progression, raises in any progression

Using resistance bands for doing front lever also helps a lot

any regressions for front lever raises? I can toes to bar no problem and rep a few dragon flags but front lever raise feels impossible
