1983 Grandstand Pocket Scramble [Let's Play/Day Game Pick Up 2019]

I finally got hold of the 1983 badboy of the Grandstand Pocket Scramble guys and this was the best vintage find I've done so far so the condition of the console was in fair condition and a lot of cosmetic wear on the unit itself so I'm going to do a bit of let's play pocket scramble.

I got this for christmas 1984, aged 9 years old. I spent a lot time battling those aliens and dodging those blocks. Great memories watching this.

I've been looking for years for this game!! I couldn't remember the name of it, just remember getting it for my birthday (think i was 7) scrolling through all hand held games on Google and found it!! Always remember that little tune when you start the game, memories

I used to have this game as a kid back in the 80s and would never put it down. The highest score you could get was 2000 and it would just show as 'HHH'. It would get crazy fast as each level passed, so you needed good reflexes! Ahh the memories, and that intro music when starting the game took me back.

I had one of these back in the day! I think my dad might have bought it on one of his trips to Japan (don't know whether it was Grandstand's licensed version). Never got very good at it.

Wow I've never even heard of the Scrambler before, nice man, love retro stuff!! Jen and I recently found a retro game store ourselves, we definitely intend on going there often!
