The way she sort of shuts down when he asks about her fears, and what she says about people telling her to just "take a deep breath"---she so obviously needs real therapeutic help and her mother didn't provide it before her problems snowballed.

i feel like putting her in front of a crowd and a camera while asking her about these things isnt a rlly good way to go, if i was up there and he asks me what im afraid of i wouldnt tell him tbh but if we were alone id feel safer and tell him

I don't think she's dumb, I feel like its rlly just a front, ik alot of bullied and depressed kids like this, she puts up a front to hide her insecurities by only thinking of herself causing her to just uninentionaly disconnect from reality of things, tho of course that doesn't exsuse what she has said and done
