Nike React technology is a lightweight, durable foam that delivers a smooth, responsive ride. Shaped like a rocker, the foam provides support for the 3 phases of a runner's stride. Cushioned Feel, Higher Stacks

Tested For Miles
In a second study conducted in 2020 using the same protocol as the 2019 research study, the Nike React Infinity Run 2 showed no statistically significant difference in the incidence of running-related pain over the previous year’s Nike React Infinity Run model. In testing*, runners in the Nike React Infinity Run missed 52% less consecutive running sessions (3 or more) due to running-related pain than those running in Nike Air Zoom Structure 22, our traditional motion control shoe. *In a study of 226 men and women during a 12-week run training program runners in the Nike React Infinity Run missed 52% less consecutive running sessions (3 or more) due to running-related pain than those running in Nike Air Zoom Structure 22. Our study found that 30.3% of Nike Air Zoom Structure 22 runners missed 3 or more consecutive sessions but only 14.5% of Nike React Infinity Run runners missed 3 or more consecutive sessions. Participants reported on progress and running related pain via online questionnaires.

I ran a little over 200 miles in my pair of the react infinity, it was and still is my easy day trainer. The react foam provides great impact protecting when running on the tarmac especially since I am a heavier runner. While it is an amazing shoe I do not believe Nike’s claim that it will single-handedly prevent running injury. From my experience tweaking my running form/gait has actually mitigated any real running injury. I honestly wear them because they look swaggy and I get them on clearance at my local nike outlet. Just my 2 cents.

Turbo’s were the most comfy shoes with zoom n react i ever tried on. I just want them to make those but shave off the tail for everyday lifestyle wearers

I really like how react feels, it gives but doesnt overly bounce. To me its extremely comfortable for daily wear.

These def “lock” you in place in the heel but not in an uncomfortable way. Once on I went a whole day and honestly forgot about them. They’re really really comfy. For those with wide feet however please bear in mind that this line of shoe in general is a bit tighter around the midfoot so better to try on and see if it’s right for you.

I just got mine, custom colored. impressed by the look and also the most comfortable shoes I've owned. Im a loose 12 so I went down to 11.5 and glad I did.

I dig the changes. I think what kept me from buying the 1st iteration of the shoe was the upper. I have a wide foot and haven't had much luck when it comes that one piece construction upper

I’m not sure if they prevent injuries but they certainly go easier on my knees and legs, more so than most other running sneakers I’ve tried. That being said, I kinda prefer the feel of the Epic reacts to the Infinity reacts, they are a bit more bouncy as opposed to the Infinity react which is a bit more squishy than I’d prefer it to be for a runner. But definitely better for everyday though!

Just got these for work. I know shoes with the soft foam soles are the best for my bad knees and feet and these shoes have the most foam.
