Modern Text Animation Adobe Premiere Pro Tutorial by Chung Dha

In this Premiere Pro video editing tutorial I am teaching you how to build a nice modern text animation from scratch. Using different elements of cropping, new type tool and basic 3d in Premiere. This is a nice title reveal for more corporate videos or kickstarters videos, with a more business feel to it.

Hi Chungdha - Thanks alot for this tutorial!
At 7:20, the layer 'unreveals' itself - meaning that the crop isn't fixed to its position of the layer but to the complete image. I did drag and drop the crop layer to the specific part of the video. Any thoughts on this?
Edit: Premiere pro 2019 if thats of any matter.
So i guess, its a new thing in premiere pro. For now i fixed it manually by setting keyframe and try to match the % of cropping along with it.

in this video 1:02 - 1:04 i see you can make red line guide, how to active your rules / guide in premiere like in ps of ae?
i cant found the setting.
can you give me how to actived it ?
