Oh my goodness. I have been sewing from patterns for years, but store bought patterns don't fit me properly. I am curvier in the bust and hip than my corresponding pattern size, so if I go up a size it's baggy in some areas, or if I go down a size it's too tight in other areas. I have learned how to adjust for it, but I have always wanted to learn how to make my own form fitting pattern. I have been playing around with different patterns, and by the time I have finished my garment, it looks presentable in public, but only I know how many times I had to try it on and alter different spots until it was just right. I have watched all your tutorials on how to make bodice, skirt, sheath dress and darts and THANK You are a wonderful teacher and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with the world.
