I rebuke any and all words, rituals, and ceremonies that were performed with or without my knowledge that do not originate from the highest Source light and do not serve my highest good. I take all the energy put into them, transmute it into light, love, happiness, and healing, and release it back out into the universe for whoever needs it the most. I ask that any damage caused to me on any level, in any body be healed with the highest Source light. I also ask that those who would act against me would they themselves be turned back towards the light, that they find peace and healing so they will never act in this way towards me or anyone else ever again. I release this request to the universe and pray I am heard.
