The 3rd line is impossible. "The shells she shhhh sass shhhh" I'm almost speaking in tongues.

I went through it well, had a bit of hesitation at the word "are". I'd say the level of difficulty I had was 3

I would say its kind a easy one... Croatia's most difficult ones I would say are "Na štriku se suši šest šarenih škotskih šosića", "Kralj Karlo i kraljica Klara su Krali Karlin klarinet" or "Bure ture gura, ture bure valja, bolje ture bure gura, nego bure ture valja"

The first one means "There are six colorful scottish skirts drying", second one "King Karlo and queen Klara were stealing Karla's clarinet" and the last one doesn't have an actuall meaning but its something like "Bure moves ture, ture rolls bure, ture moves bure better than bure rolls ture"

Help here: you pronounce "š" as sh

Put it into a translator to hear what would it sound :)

Try this one; There was a witch the witch had an itch the itch was so itchy that it gave her a twist another witch admired the twist so she started twisting though she had no itch, now both of them twist so it's hard to tell which witch has itch and which witch has the twist.

While I agree with you that it is quite a tough one, I still think there are much more complicated tongue twisters, such as this here:

The thirty-three thieves thought that they thrilled the throne
throughout Thursday.

However, this one is even better:

Through three cheese trees three free fleas flew.
While these fleas flew, freezy breeze blew.
Freezy breeze made these three trees freeze.
Freezy trees made these trees' cheese freeze.
That's what made these three free fleas sneeze.
