In the modern era of European sport fishing, the two species with the highest status and most attention have been the northern pike and redfin perch. But - there’s another vicious killer lurking in the dark... It’s been around for millions of years and has developed into a top predator, specialised to thrive and hunt in murky waters and low light conditions. Of course we’re talking about the mysterious zander...

The 6 teams competing in the first edition of ZANDER PRO are:

Team Abu Garcia/Berkley - Freddy Harbort & Timo Rosche
Team Quantum/AngelSpezi - Dietmar Isaiasch & Patrick Fleischer
Team Nays - Dustin Schöne & Tobias Ekvall
Team Fiiish/Rodhouse - Stéphane Forgeois & Tony Niedzwiedz

German, French, Russian, Polish and Swedish subtitles available.

This season there will be six episodes, released Fridays at 19:00 CEST until the 4th of June.

Så roligt format! Extra kul med en heldags landfiske, landfiske efter gös är känns lite outforskat på youtube! Ett förslag till nästa år är att baka ihop "livescope-spinfiske" och vertikalfisket på samma dag. Då har man klassiskt gösfiske dag 1 dag två landfiske och dag 3 eletronics-tema. Bara en tanke :)

Well I guess others have said it already, but for me fishing is about getting away from screens, immersing myself in nature & using my knowledge, instincts & experience to locate fish. The way team Westin fish, to me, is the antithesis of this. But each to their own I guess & if, as a hobby angler you can afford all of that tech & want to use it, that's your choice.

@ team Westin- if vertical isn't allowed, casting 10m with the fish almost under the boat to me doesn't feel right, dudes..

Vielen lieben Dank Kanalgratis und allen Mitwirkenden für das tolle Format und ein Turnier über meine Lieblingslings Fischart den Stachelritter. Ich Drücke allen Deutschen Teilnehmern besonders die Daumen aber natürlich auch allen anderen Teilnehmern. Los Didi, Dustin und Tobias haut was Raus. Ich hoffe ihr hattet viel Spaß beim Turnier und hattet eine Stramme Leine und nen Ordentlichen Tock. Freue mich schon sehr auf die nächsten Folgen von Ufer👌. Alleine die Einleitung und Vorstellung ins Turnier hat mich schon begeistert und was ich Super finde ohne Vertikal das macht es Spannender und Super Sympathisch ohne, wenn die Richtig um Fisch Kämpfen müssen👍. Nur was Westin bei 15 min 55 macht finde ich sehr Unsympathisch das der eine Angelt und der andere Geiert ganze Zeit Palagisch aufs Echo ist in meinen Augen nen Regelverstoß und auf den Scoop sieht man doch ganz genau in der Folge bei ca 17 min 16 und 20 min 18 bietet den gezielt Vertikal durchs Echo an durch die hoch und runter Bewegung auf einer Stelle des Köders. Finde das ist Vertikal und der Fisch bei 45 min 20 ist in meinen Augen unverdient da er nicht aus eigener Leistung zur Stande gekommen ist. Finde zum Stellen suchen OK aber dann müssen beide Teilnehmer Angeln und nicht einer Angelt und der andere schaut ganze Zeit aufs Echo sehr schwache Leistung. Finde das Angeln und zuschauen von Boot wird für mich immer Unsympathischer.

awesome... the zander is just my fav. fish of all
i would have loved to see zanderkant. But maybe they join in zander pro 2 ;)
But so my prayers are definetly for team nays. Good Luck dustin and Tobi. You rock :)
