I still cannot comprehend why early man ever created bronze let alone iron. Who would have thought that blowing charcoal and coke you could get a hotter fire? and for what? I tiny amount of tin or iron or copper. Yet it suddenly becomes not only nuggets but ornaments.. very similar to when we first invented plastics. Somehow.. it was easy.
