Foxconn and Nvidia team up to build 'AI factories'

Tech giants Foxconn and Nvidia are joining forces to develop new data centres for a wide range of applications. The "AI factories" will utilise Nvidia chips and software, including the company's cutting-edge GH200 superchip that has been barred in China. Earlier this year, Foxconn and Nvidia teamed up to develop autonomous vehicle platforms, as part of Foxconn's longer-term ambition to make nearly half the world's electric cars. The Taiwanese-based firm wants to replicate its level of success in assembling smartphones, as it expands into making EVs for other companies.

It's amazing that people don't see what's about to happen. EVERY job will be touched. Imagine a workforce that doesn't need workers! Imagine no more truck drivers, no more cab drivers, no more bus drivers, no more pilots, no more programmers because AI can write code, no more food service workers because AI replaced them all (there are already restaurants that don't need humans), no more cashiers (AI doesn't steal), no more prison guards (AI can run the prison and see all), no more border patrol (AI can sense body heat, control every means of entry and kill on sight - these things are already created by Samsung's military division and deployed along the DMZ zone between North & South Korea), no more factory jobs (AI can do that and there are already entire factories completely run without humans), no more doctors (enter a machine and AI can scan you and tell you everything that's wrong with you) and the list goes on. If you put a frog in boiling water, he jumps right out, but if you put a frog in cold water and slowly heat it up to boiling, he will sit there and cook to death. Well, we are sitting there and cooking to death. It's all coming together right in front of our eyes and people don't seem to be connecting the dots!
