If you don’t understand what feeling is, watch a flock of birds in flight, flying in formation by feeling what direction and height the leader wants.

Thus, feeling leads to harmony and thinking to acrimony.

Are feelings an indication of a trigger, to a moment by where we may recall a lesson, a hurt, a transgression?
To learn of, to realise or release a moment in experience and become more whole?
Could our emotions offer a release rather than trap us?
When within Nature, Eagle conveys for me a sanctity of freedom, a red belly black of awareness, a wombat of unambiguous temerity. Trees convey their energy, wisdom not in words but feeling.
Thank you for the insight. It has provided a bridge to many experiences and their connections for me.
