In this Nothing Compares 2 U guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play Chris Cornell's amazing acoustic cover of Prince's "Nothing Compares 2 U".

The tuning is standard tuning.

I will demonstrate how to play the chords Chris Cornell is playing, along with the two guitar solos performed by Keaton Simons.

The solos are fantastic, especially the main solo. It is mostly pentatonic based but has some cool arpeggio and chromatic licks as well. I think you will enjoy playing it.

I hope you enjoy learning this fantastic version of this beautiful song. Cornell's vocals are just so incredibly haunting it is hard to describe it in words.
