BATMAN CONSPIRACY #1: The Alfred Father Theory

Dear friends... there is one conspiracy that has been hiding under our noses this whole time. Alfred Pennyworth is Batman's, Bruce Wayne's real father. The evidence... however well hidden, is there. You may look at Batman and Alfred the same way again...

Hello everyone! Here it is... The crazy conspiracies in full... I'm I insane? Probably. But then...

It's pretty disgusting. What is with writers trying to take away every shred of happiness from Bruce? This would mean that;
1. There was no happy Wayne family.
2. His mother was a cheater.
3. Alfred betrayed his friend and employer in the worst possible way a man can be betrayed.
4. He isn't the Wayne heir and his family was a lie.
5.Without that loss there isn't any motivation for being Batman.
6. Without the solid moral grounding his parents inculcated in him and Alfred reinforced, there's only a rich brat not a human extraordinaire.

There are other issues including that Bruce clearly looks like Thomas. Also in the earlier stories, Alfred comes to the Waynes after the death of his father to turn down the position of Butler in order to pursue a career in acting. Bruce is already born at this point.

I'm really conflicted about this theory and against it, even as a hypothetical and elseworld lore. Yes, Alfred and Martha are important people in Bruce's life, but... this would ruin and take away what Alfred and Martha are to Bruce.

The body types and looks don't fit at all. I think it's bull. I've been watching Batman since the 70s and while Alfred has a father's love for Bruce it's merely because he's raised him from a small child. It's natural to grow that attachment when you raise your great friend's kid all his life. But nothing else about them matches. Alfred and Martha are small people. Bruce is a big guy even if he didn't lift. He's still 6 4 and over 200lbs.alfred is a skinny guy of ave. Height, while Thomas is also a big guy in most adaptations.Bruce is a genius. While Alfred is definitely well above average in intelligence it's much more likely that a top level doctor would have a genius kid. It all just doesn't match for Alfred. It's all just surface level and stretching shit to say he's his dad. After 50 yrs of watching Batman I'd say it's ridiculous. But Alfred is an amazing man and wonderful foster father. And I don't take Gotham the show as canon.
