After 98 aid trucks were looted inside Gaza on Saturday, everyone has asked the same question: who is stealing aid in Gaza, and why is no-one stopping them?

Yes this basically what I heard from Gazans. These aren't Palestinians but an outside group associated with IDF, and IDF gets a kick back for letting them loot. Then they sell at hugely inflated rate to merchants, who are trapped in the middle. without these supplies the Gazans have nothing.
