I love your recipes and frequent your website as a recipe resource! I also love your videos offering insight into plant based nutrition. Maybe videos with a recipe that is specifically aimed at providing a certain mineral/vitamin? Like 'plant-based snacks for calcium', '3 lunches for plant-based iron', etc.?
