PlanetSide 2: Vanu Sovereignty Design Video [Official Video]

They have been called "Religious nut jobs", "Techno-evangelist", and a "Tran-humanist Cult." The Vanu Sovereignty would find those terms to be dismissive and born of ignorance. They are what we would call true believers. The V.S. firmly believes that technology and knowledge hold the answers to all of mankind's problems. It has been said that "The Ancients" (the ones that actually created the tech that the V.S. use) have shown them the way. They believe that they have been "blessed" with the gift of technology and power to "smite those that stand against the pursuit of knowledge and power". The V.S. also believes that everyone should have the freedom to believe in the ancients just as they do.

TR is powerful, in that they are the professional army and give the whole soldier experience. NC is great, in that they are freedom fighters, battling tooth and nail for their independence, using whatever means they have to keep it. And then there's the Vanu, who look so damn cool, and have the best tech, in that they use alien technology. My allegiance is being swayed...me being a newcomer to Planetside. I don't know yet what I'm gonna be, but VS is a strong possibility.

I do agree with their ideal, that technology is the precursor for evolution, I think that's very real and very true. The VS didn't start this war, they only became involved because others decided to get in the way of our true goal to find alien technology.
