I've been Killing Slimes and Bofuri are great and under rated anime, don't go into them for tense and high stakes drama, if your wanting that, you might be disappointed. But both of them are more like that sitcom that slowly builds for a gag payoff that seems like it comes out of no where. When you need something light hearted both of them fit the bill.
I did not get Daily Life of the Immortal King for the first couple of episodes, but once I understood, I loved it.

Lugh casually invents orbital kinetic bombardment for an assassination. And I know being "in the shadows" is Cid's entire gimmick, but it still annoys me somehow, that's why I like Overlord a little better, yes Ainz stays in the shadows in the beginning, but only because he needs to gather intelligence on the World he entered. And I'm still surprised that there are people in season 2 of Demon King Academy, that are actively opposing Anos, it's literally like trying to protect yourself against an exploding Tsar Bomba with a wet noodle around 10 cm from ground zero, you have 0 % survival chance.
