This is crazy. And looks pretty clear that this was a botched inside job. Warnings were not taken seriously because officers were ordered to stand down until first shots were fired. Obviously no way of proving that but just looks very suspicious as to why they did nothing when warned. Football games have tighter security than this. This was planned IMO.
